What is Threefold’s cancellation policy?

We know plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Because Threefold appointments are designed to start and finish on time, guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to modify their selected style or reschedule their appointment. If we’re unable to accommodate the service due to a late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
